PETRONAS invites applications from outstanding candidates to pursue undergraduate programmes in various technical and business disciplines at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS or foreign universities/ branch campuses in Malaysia. To qualify, you must have sat for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination in 2009 and achieved excellent results. You must also demonstrate strong personal qualities such as leadership, drive and teamwork. Shortlisted candidates will undergo the PETRONAS EduQuest Camp for final selection.

2009 SPM, STAM Results Out On March 11

KUALA LUMPUR, March 4 (Bernama) -- The results of the 2009 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) examinations will be announced on Thursday (March 11), according to a statement from the director-general of education.

The results will be released at schools from 10am on that day, the statement said, adding that private candidates will get their results in the mail.

A total of 165,853 sat for the SPM written examination at 3,569 centres in the country between Nov 18 and Dec 16 last year while 6,920 candidates took the STAM examination at 98 centres between Oct 19 and 27, the statement said.

Keputusan SPM, STAM Diumum Khamis Depan

KUALA LUMPUR: Keputusan peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dan Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) 2009 akan diumum pada Khamis depan.
Ketua Pengarah Pelajaran, Tan Sri Alimuddin Mohd Dom berkata, keputusan akan dikeluarkan di sekolah-sekolah mulai pukul 10 pagi.

"Calon persendirian pula akan menerima keputusan masing-masing melalui pos yang dihantar oleh Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri," katanya dalam kenyataan, di sini hari ini.

Sejumlah 165,853 calon menduduki peperiksaan bertulis SPM di 3,569 pusat peperiksaan di seluruh negara yang bermula pada 18 November hingga 16 Disember lepas, katanya.

Seramai 6,920 calon pula menduduki peperiksaan STAM di 98 buah pusat peperiksaan yang berlangsung dari 19 hingga 27 Oktober lepas. - BERNAMA
